These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Scriba Ventures LLC ("Scriba Ventures," "we," "us," or "our") through scriba.ventures and any related platforms. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Scriba Ventures provides AI-powered SEO content creation services for small and medium-sized businesses. Our services include blog post writing, content strategy, keyword research, and related content marketing deliverables as described in your selected plan.

2. Plans and Pricing

We offer subscription-based plans with recurring monthly billing. Current pricing is listed on our website and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically each month unless cancelled.

• Starter ($299/month): 4 SEO blog posts per month, basic keyword research, 1 revision per post.
• Growth ($599/month): 8 SEO blog posts per month, advanced keyword strategy, 2 revisions per post, monthly analytics report.
• Scale ($999/month): 16 SEO blog posts per month, full content strategy, unlimited revisions, weekly analytics, dedicated account manager.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle. If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 additional times over 10 days before suspending your account.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@scriba.ventures. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you are dissatisfied with your first month of service, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

5. Content Ownership

Upon full payment for each billing cycle, all content produced for you becomes your exclusive property. You receive full rights to use, modify, publish, and distribute the content as you see fit. We retain no ownership or licensing rights to delivered content.

6. Content Quality

All content is created with the assistance of AI technology and reviewed for quality. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that content will achieve specific search engine rankings or business outcomes. Content is provided for informational and marketing purposes.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information for content creation
• Review and approve content in a timely manner
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Not resell our services without written permission

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scriba Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scriba Ventures, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our content or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
